10st 6 (2.5 off at WW) I am very surprised by this weigh in, after a week with little exercise because of my pulled muscles, and some heavy indulgence that used up all my weekly points and more! I don't think I could count on this method to work long term but maybe as an occasional occurrence it gives my body a bit of a shock/shake up - a change is as good as a rest, and all that! Just a pound to go at WW for my Gold, and then I'll work on the last half stone without having to pay fees for it...I just hope that not paying doesn't equate to not being motivated!
