Day 2 I weighed in today before any fluids or food and was one pound less...progress! I wasn't able to get in a work out this morning but I hope to at night.
8:01pm Update: I ate like a pig at dinner! Not good! I guess it doesn't help to have a bf that cooks/grills soooo good. Crap. Now I have to bust my butt to burn as much calories as possible with exercise tonight to balance out this mess. Let's see how I do. Ugggggh! I'd have to run for an hour at 10 mph; I don't think that's happening.
