A drop of 700g overnight, more than my whole last weeks loss. But so it should. I've been good. I don't cheat, I know what caused my weight gain now as I've lost 35.5 kg now without any exercise yet due to recovering from an op on my peronneal tendon. I knew There wasn't anything wrong, or anything else I could do, because I was still dropping in size, and my fat was sucking up. Whether it's stress, a reaction to food, or just a plain old weight loss plateau, the only option is to stay focussed and ride it out. Stay strong. Giving in to comfort food is no longer an option to me. I used retail therapy this weekend to occupy my mind and surrounded myself with people, friends, and went out. Don't stay locked up in your house staring at your fridge and scales. Get up, moving and thinking. Even if it's only out to the garden with the dog, or talking to your roses, or your weeds (my place 😂). Only 2.2 kg to my next goal of 65 kg now, my second last goal. Onwards and downwards. ❤️
