Bleh!! No loss?!!! A bit bummed out. And yet somehow I think last week's drop was abnormal... I did have way more carbs this week. I should track my food a bit again to get me on track of it all again. 0.3% Less body fat though. Better than nothing I guess. Again, a bit disappointing. But taking it one week at a time.
