Fs played up on my phone all day yesterday. Posted a picture ok, but not my journal lol.
Down 2.5 lbs from yesterday.. carb cravings and water weight/ inflammation from steroids hopefully starting to settle now.
Hip is much better.. ironed til 12.30 am yesterday !!
Trying to get the house all done before I have my surgery on Tuesday 😁

Trying not to stress about Tuesday, as I know it is unpleasant and not without risks, but I have to get it done 👍🤕
