ATKINS GURUS - HELP!?!?! OK - back to weirdness. I am back to 100% induction, and am gaining again. For almost two weeks, i exceeded my carb count by at least ten every day and lost steadily...I don't understand this. Is it possible that I actually do BETTER with a few more carbs?? Not sure what to do here...

I am far from a guru but I have heard some say that they started losing better after moving up the carb ladder. I haven't really added much more than berries so far, but have noticed I seem to lose better when my calorie count is high.(1900-2000) I think it is an individual thing and you have to experiment a bit to see what your body responds to.
