Well-I didn't follow closely at all this week, but I did eat ok. I just failed to get in my olis, fruits/veggies, and milks. Other than that I ate pretty well-but those I beleive are the keys to success. I am pleased with what I lost tho. I think I am going to chk out the core plan-I need to find out exactly what I can eat. I need to pull out my packet of info I havent seen in months. I will be getting the brand new materials this week when we start a new at work session-I have heard its new and improved. Good luck to everyone!
