I am going into a difficult week, where i will be away and socialising a lot, so have decided to keep the low carb as many days as I can, but to relax a little until i am home. It was so nice to weigh in and find I had lost weight - and I am so close to being down into the next stone level, which will be a real boost. I have been thinking about mini goals, so my next one is the weekend away with my old college friends in November. Hurting my back was a real set back in terms of exercise, but I am feelng better again and will be going back to yoga this week again and back to walking in the evenings. I am finding sweets really tempting though!
