totally glum... more and more and MORE...
I need to get this eating thing sorted. now that im running more im also eating more. i thought i was making better choices but clearly i am not... my little food baby looks about 6 months old and even my elasticated pants are feeling tight now...
Today im not in the mood for logging or skipping the cake. the glumness has over taken my logic today.
