man i did a assesment in the gym this morning and i am so out of it i could not even do one sit up chest heavy back weak but i did mangage to do a few push up. I must get better but from 4 months ago all my number have gone done so that is a great thing now i really know why the cloths are fitting better in the closet.
I am sore but i am happy with my progress thus far.....
