Faaaark. Fair to say 3 weeks of being sick plus 2 weeks holiday and my friends death have wrecked my weight loss attempts. Put on so much. But not to panic because starting monday I have 8 weeks teaching prac. So ROUTINE!!!! No more night shifts and study nights. Last prac was 4 weeks n I lost 6 kg. im confident the extra weight will fall off within a week (cause its binge food in my stomach). Prac will help me
