10st 4.5 (SS@WW) Was pleased with this weigh in this morning, esp after staying same at WW for a second week-but I didn't mind that after being in hospital, totally inactive & being fed by them! I think that as I get nearer my goal I seem to be becoming a bit complacent, and the old "occasional" indulgences have become more frequent, and with less effort to compensate for them. So I need to keep an eye on this. If I do happen to manage a pound off at WW on Wed, that's when I'll really need the leader's support & encouragement to keep at it.
65,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 15,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 5,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
