I have really slacked off on discipline, and am hardly recording at all lately, but I am still trying not to eat everything in sight, unmeasured quantities, or out of boredom. When I was tracking every calorie, I learned a lot about what the tolerances of this kind of diet are, and what I can get away with, and I am still losing (or rather, again) a bit. It is true that I don't have to get there very fast. I do need to get back to tracking well, though; among other things, I want to put the second glass of milk back into my day, and I need to know when/if there is room to do so.
