No idea why. Did everything right. Ate the right amount of kjs. Exercised. Drank 3 liters water a day. And exactly the same weight. Let’s hope next week holds brighter news ✊🏼
88,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 13,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Sometimes your body can show the same weight or even heavier yet your body is still slimming down. This is why it is important to also measure yourself. Tracking progress by weight alone will disaappoint u at times.

Remember... you may have exercised and gotten both an aerobic AND strength training effect out of your session(s)... and may have (inadvertently OR purposefully) built up muscle mass, which weighs MORE than the ounces/pounds of fat you lost (by shrinking down) - even when you look smaller... you COULD weight more.

I had the same issue. Went from 88kg to 89kg.So doing a caliper test tomorrow to see if I dropped from 28.8% body fat.If I did.then its muscle mass
