I find that recording what I eat and having the visual representation of my calories consumed and calories left is really helpful around Halloween time. Last night we got into our Halloween candy... But I was able to keep it under control by eating a little piece and then recording it and then eating another and recording it. Ended up only eating four pieces when I normally would have eaten 7 or 8? Every little bit helps!
