Okay, I as so stoked when I weighed in today! At least it made my lousy bitchiness and hunger pains worth it. :) I'm excited for the new challenge. Weekends are tougher for me due to close access to foods. I have found that not keeping any of the foods I love when I'm feeling low (ice cream, etc....) works best for me. The kids snacks and stuff I don't find attractive enough to eat.
Planning on running errands and doing a little bit of shopping with my daughter while my husband and son are away on their ski trip.
