I'm thinking some of my loss may have been water retention. Today's calorie intake will probably be a bit of a guess-timate as I'm going to a Chinese Buffet for lunch for a birthday meal in celebration of turning 30 next Thursday (Will have to actually start being an adult??) and have no information of the calories for each food there.
