At the start of the week I was at 135.8 (not recorded here) so I'm pleased to see this drop! Mostly water loss, and I haven't been very strict about the 1000 cals, but have had some good calorie deficits, so could be a pound of real weight gone as well. Only 3lbs to go now. 'Goal' is 132 lbs, but I need to get to 130lbs (or a tad less) to allow for a couple of pounds gain when I increase the calories again 😀
