Stayed in last night and did PC work. Cleaned up my office a bit. Preparing to build a new Media/Storage PC which is going to have 10+ TB of storage. I am excited. It will run linux/fedora and do my downloading and sorting/storing of my shows.
Yesterday I did ok on my diet program. I did not really feel like I ate light. The lunch was chinese on base, and dinner was a little soup with some chicken. I did have a snack after lunch. My appetite was larger than normal though from all the exercise lately. My legs feel better today.
I wanted to work on my bicycle last night. I need to put new batteries in the lights, do some oiling, and adjust my handlebars and/or seat. My hands have been getting numb sometime after 30 minutes, which is a little too early. I ordered some gloves, but after the research I have done, I may have a problem with my setup.
Today, I will eat less and not snack. I feel good about it, and thing it can be done.
I am in a strange space, and perhaps a negative state of mind. I will try and turn that around too, and get outside of myself. Perhaps take a walk this morning to shuffle it out.
