APK623's Logboek, 15 mei 12

Finally feeling a little better today - hopefully it lasts. Felt so awful yesterday I didn't do much of anything...did do some weight training with a friend, hoping that if I got my blood going it might help...left feeling worse. So...not much activity and not a whole lot of eating yesterday.

Today's a new day, feeling almost back to normal...we'll see how it goes when I head to the gym later. I'd like to get a run in today, but might start with something a little lighter...maybe spin....we'll see.

Headed out to see my sister and her new baby tomorrow in Cali - so excited to see her and the family! Hopefully maintain some kind of routine while I'm out there, but always tough with two kids under 3 and everything to get done each day. Fingers crossed.
