I weighed in yesterday but forgot to record it on FS. I also keep a spreadsheet that has tracked my weight for many years. I recorded there but forgot FS!
I had to leave town on a family emergency and actually over compensated in being careful about what I ate. Instead of gaining, I actually lost more. While I have to admit that I love the 'buffer' going into the holidays, the loose skin issue gets worse with every pound I lose so I'm trying to level off for now.
Now that I'm home where I can weigh and measure my food it's easier to try and figure out a maintenance calorie amount. I have added an extra piece of high fiber toast in the morning and have increased my nuts at cocktail hour from 1/2 ounce to full ounce. That's about a 160 calorie increase so I'll see if it has impact. If not, my next move will to be add a piece of fruit in the morning as a snack. This will all get harder to track once the holiday festivities begin but that's the way it goes.
