Maintenance
Went away for a few days. Relaxed. Ate well but not ridiculous amounts of wrong foods. Had a lot of cheese and wine. Even a dessert. No worries. I was 65.9kg when I got back and weighed Sat morning. Dropped 400g already. 65 kg was my goal anyway so maintaining well.
Bring on Xmas. I've got this. 😀
