crabby Kat's Logboek, 16 mei 12

Darn, I've hit a plateau. I could use the excuse of my strained rotator cuff & other things that interfered with my exercise, but frankly, my favorite organic frozen yogurt was on a really good sale this past week & I wasn't able to resist it. sigh. At least I didn't gain weight! I've been working with my physical therapist and going to exercise classes & modifying things a bit. I did really well in water aerobics this morning; I'll see what my physical therapist says this afternoon. I'm making Taco Stew with ground turkey breast for dinner; I'll have to post the recipe in my cookbook to figure out the calories. It's light & yummy; from Whole Foods recipes.
