I actually had expected an increase in weight, due to two holiday parties since my last weigh-in. Either this is my low point of the week (though I weighed in at the same time of day as usual), or I've been overly cautious in terms of portion sizes. Not complaining, of course. This is why I have a maintenance range. Since I'm within that range, I won't make any changes.

Thanks! I've been here for awhile, and it took some getting used to. But now that I'm there (and figured it out), it's easier than losing the weight. But, I've kept the weight off for 10 years now! It doesn't show up FatSecret, as I mainly use this as a maintenance tool now. But best of luck with getting there and figuring it out for yourself!
