These last 2 days were full of fun, drinks, caroling, family, baking, friends, holiday cheer, and lots of yummy food! I didn't calorie count, or even try to log anything for Saturday or Sunday. And that's okay with me. I hosted Saturday and went to a second holiday party at my partner's brother's house on Sunday. I splurged a bit, danced a lot, and laughed laughed laughed.
Today, I came back to FS. I logged my food and even did some cardio: jogging hills and having a relaxing stretch session.
It's funny because I stayed below calories today, but I still feel full from this weekend. lolol. I literally got full for days!!

Yes, Murphthesurf!! I was so scared of going into surgery. I've never had to before, and that super motivated to get on the weight loss wagon. FS has also been critical in my staying on board.
