Feeling good about these last 6 days and my results. It keeps me motivated seeing the work pay off. I did three days of supplements from Herbalife. After Thursday I have just done a protein shake as a morning starter and as a late snack around 8 or 9pm. All else has been regular food and I am just being diligent about keeping track and measuring my portions. I have been working out every other day about 30 mins.
95,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 31,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
