Dunno how that works.. was fasting but felt really unwell after 20 hours, so had cheese and crackers with my meds
Then the girls got pizza and I had 2 slices and topping from a third
The bad news : awake from 1.20M with joint pain due to the carbs/additives ( the pizza wasn’t worth it 🤔😂)
The good news .. I’m down 1.4 lbs.. I’ve checked several times ?????????
Oh well, wishing everyone a happy and successful Thursday, especially Doobrie who has her op today
