14 days into doing Veganuary, it is hard, but I haven’t felt like eating meat, more about wanting to go back to the shit food I normally eat. I seem to have plateau’d & first week lost 5lb, 2nd week nothing, I think it’s because I haven’t been very active. Have not been feeling that well, but I do need to start the running again.
