20:4 intermittent fasting with full FS tracking and gym is really working for me. absolutely no hunger ever. snacking carbs makes you hungry so dont do it.
88,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 16,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

fs tracking is fat secret tracking. what you eat each day and not missing anything. every time you do the search you learn some skills in appropriate portion size. like one day i drank 2 litres of full fat milk. harmless enough but after entering the calories i found that 2 litres was probably excessive
