Argh! Weight GAIN! I've been eating less and exercising about the same (1000 cal. deficit yesterday) for the last couple days; it's frustrating. Having to eat soft food (TMJ) for 10 days had me resorting to canned soup; sodium must have me retaining some of the water from the Challenge I just started yesterday. How much does water weigh, lol?
