There is something gratifying about weighing and measuring meals. I feel much more mindful of my decisions. I have been gluten free, dairy free and soda free for 12 days. I am starting to notice that my joints arenāt as sore. My workout last night went well. The partner accessory work was great because my partner picked a heavier wb for the core work. Row 200 - 20 wb sit-ups- row 200. 2 rft I was able to make up a little time on the rows so my partner and I could work steadily through the core exercise.
