Tinycel everyone is different. You cannot compare your rate of loss and amount of calories consumed to somebody else's. It doesn't work that way.

i just put in my weight and age and it said to eat 1700 calories a day....i drink lots of water and have started to exercise...as Big Boy says each person is different.....u must go with what suits you.....
