well folks i went an weighed in...im down a pound, really more if i counted the 4 pounds i retained from the salt in the lean cuisine i ate on sunday..but all i can count is the pound...slowly and steady..
146,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 24,0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
