I've been gaining weight for the last week, I always seem to do this. I get really close to my goal and then start sabotaging myself. Why why why? I need to stay the course, keep tracking my food, keeping my calories low, and exercising.
65,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 7,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 1,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

It is such a struggle, I do the exact same thing. Why are the last few pounds so difficult? Stay strong!

I do the exact same thing. I got below 200 and got way to comfortable and started snacking again. Gained close to 5lbs back. It taught me that no matter what I weigh, I have to have self control. You'll get there. Stay determined.

Are u exercising? although exercising is not Essential to loose weight it does help to shape ones body and for fat loose
