The liquid diet continues, my Surgery date is June 12th.
The last time I was at the Surgeon's office I weighed in at 518, On May 30th I had some pre-surgical work up, After a week of Liquid dieting, I weighed in at 496. 22lbs down. I was interested in any weightloss I may have had. (I normally don't weigh in so soon), but in 3 days I am down to 482 14lbs down!
Good motivation to continue on my quest!
