Two steps forward and two steps back. I do well for a while, then it all goes haywire. I need to sit down and identify my triggers, so i can get back on track. I am doing more exercise but getting really frustrated at not being able to do what I want to do, because bits get in the way! Maybe I need to stop low carbing for a while, alhtough I like it - or perhaps I need to up the carbs slightly and see if that helps me stay on track more.

Eat foods you enjoy, just “pepper” them into your weekly diet, and as long as you’re in a caloric deficit weekly (or surplus if you’re trying to gain) then you’ll lose fat just fine.

My fat loss was slow awhile, and I found the reason was that I did too much protein. Reduced protein, and weight loss got up to good speed again.
