Sister moved to hospice last week, so it was another weekend on the road. No regular meals. Eating crap food. Valentines day was really nice. Got to double-date with my son & his love. They brought us to their favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I haven't journaled it because I have no idea how to. Yesterday was full of appointments and waiting, so there were more restaurant meals. OY! Feel like crap every time I eat anything, good or bad. I don't want to eat, but then I get so hungry that I NEED to eat. Then it's rarely anything good because I need it NOW. For instance, I know I should eat breakfast, but the thought of it literally makes me nauseous. I'll drink my coffee, go to work, get really hungry and have nothing nutritious on hand to eat. I'll run to the convenience store to grab a bite, but there's nothing really good for me there... I have nothing prepared for lunches. I just hate having to think about food all the time! We see the nutritionist in a week; I am totally looking forward to that! I'm hoping she will have some answers and some good strategies for us. OH, btw... This is also the second month in a row I am 5 days early, so there's that, too! Grrr...
