seems I've hit a plateau with weight loss kinda saw it coming as I've not been able to get the right foods in as money just isn't there at min

Too much month at the end of the money, huh? Slap me if you already do it but have you tried planning meals a week or so in advance and shop to your menu? You could use something like the Tesco grocery app to price things up at home even if you don’t go for the delivery option, so you can keep within budget. Take care!
