I used to want to lose weight as fast as possible on the more conventional diets so I could "get it over with." With WFPB, I don't worry about it anymore. I feel a little better every day, I have tons of energy, & the weight loss is simply a foregone conclusion at this point. Couldn't be easier.

A very inspiring story you have there sweetie..its funny when we are not constantly watching the pot to boil how quickly it begins to boil...your boiling hot and your melting them lbs away...155 move over here comes MS veee...yes sir..eee lol;)
