Balanced out the weekend! Was down in Yosemite National Park with a group of 10 for a birthday celebration. There was a ton of bbq, beer, hard liquor, and chips yet I behaved and stayed on point. Although, Friday night did get a little carried away with the beer and liquor. haha. Exercise-wise, saturday included a 10 mile hike up to Nevada Falls and back to the car and sunday, still having the hiking itch, I hiked up Mission Peak in Fremont Ca which is basically a 2000 foot elevation gain in 3 miles. Up in 1:02, down in 0:36. Gotta say that was good one that left me fulfilled and satisfied.
