I scroll Fatsecret more than Facebook now 😂 I am weak and couldn't stay away from the scale. Up 2, but I don't even feel bad. I get to see my doctor finally today, and unload all of my fitness and mental health issues on her poor, unsuspecting soul 😅 I hope that she can give me some guidance and let me know if I'm doing anything right. I got my Fitbit on Saturday and went all in with exercise on Fitbit Coach. If my tracker is accurate I burn 2500 average on weekends when I'm at home snuggling with my kiddo most of the time, and 3500 average week days when I'm working 8ish hours/day at a cafe. My goal has been 1867 calories/day but I have a hard time getting that many and it's usually about 1600 but my macros are spot on. I have been doing MIIT and some stair intervals for at least 30 min/day-yesterday was a rest and I needed to catch up on homework, and hope to keep doing it 6 days/week. I already feel stronger-even though I still can't do a full heckin pushup.
