Although eating even a little fruit at night makes my blood sugar too high in the morning (150) my blood pressure and wt have gone down. I am going to get a little more stringent and exercise more. Niacin now increased in dosage. Might be time for 1/2 extra Metformin?

Try taking some additional fiber with your fruit. I like PGX because it's not only fiber but has CLA, which is a healthy fat for breaking down those fat cells.
