Can’t really Rush fat loss. Rushing, meaning, trying to lose weight super fast, usually meaning extremely low calorie deficits, cause more harm then good. Fat loss is a gradual process, the body can only lose so much body
fat per week without sacrificing muscle loss. For you, aiming for 5-2.2lbs lost per week is where you should be 👍🏻 you’re doing fine
