I'll probably regret recording today's weight when it goes back up again tomorrow, but I just couldn't stand Fatsecret telling everyone I was gaining 2.3 pounds per week! It was 1 pound over 3 days, which doesn't sound nearly as bad!! Anyway, hopefully this loss will stay put, or better still go down yet further by Saturday's Born to be Wild Challenge weigh-in.
