just finished my first week of training as a telephone interviewer. i think i have heartburn. i had a pain in the upper right side near my heart. i took antacids & it went away. i got a few items out of the candy machine which was bad. have been eating too many carbs & not enough vegetables & fruits due to working 2 jobs. i will have to bring food w me in a small cooler from now on. i also bought some whey powder w 5 carbs per serving. getting back on track. im having 1 piece of cod for lunch & 1 cup of normandy vegetables. i eat fish once a week. maybe i should bounce it up to 3xs a week.
