Weighing in this morning because I won't be home all weekend. Another pound lost...yay!
82,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 17,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

In case you haven't noticed, I feel very passionate about making a lifestyle change and helping people do the same. I'm very happy and satisfied with my own transformation and I really want to spread the word that you CAN reshape your body with simple diet and exercise.
