July 1, how appropriate. Starting my Mid-year's Resolution...
I just had my first child about 3 months ago. I gained a significant amount of weight for the pregnancy (and then some). A LOT of it was simply water weight and most of it has come off. Near the heaviest, I was around 288. I am now 249. Woohoo to 39lbs coming off.
Alas, we are still on this journey. I would like to lose more than 109lbs (that's another person). My husband and I are working out regularly and I have a gym partner who is good about being consistent.
With a lot of coals in the fire its hard to stay on track. With the aid of "FatSecret.com" I will be able to achieve my goals. Let's do this for the second half of TCOB 2012!
