OK, standing at the office microwave warming up my califlower mashed potates I had a HIGH-BEAM light come on LOL.
I don't know why I am so hard on myself. I came back and looked at my previous posts...yesterday I was happy I had lost another 1 3/4 inches and today I want to beat myself up. I notice a pattern of Monday-self-bashing for one thing and I am forgetting to look at the big picture.
BCLenny was right (on the fat fast post), I did not gain XX pounds in a couple weeks, what makes me think I will lose it that fast? I really need to ease up on myself.
I decided to give my self a new goal for this week...only positive posts in my journal. Even if tomorrow I am up another pound...I mean I should consider how great I feel, how some of my clothes fit better, how I have met some great new friends here. So, if you gals (and guys) see me getting negative again this week-you just shove me right back towards my goal :)
