day 250..no rain right now..lol..so i will be doing a morning walk, kinda nippy out around 32 right now..with a wind chill of course of 27..ive been doing an afternoon walk inside, and ab crunches in the afternoon or evening, and im sure its keepin my metabolism working that much longer thru the day..ive been thinkin alot about my workouts an how i really enjoy doing them more an more..even challenging myslf to add onto them at times..ive quit the weight lifting for right now..thinkin that by changing my routine, my body will wonder now whats going on..and just do cardio..gonna try that for a few weeks, work off more of the flab, before i go back to the weights..keep my body guessing..it seems to be workin nicely..lol.. well everyone have a great day..and a great workout!!!!!
MY GOALS THIS WEEK:
1. Do the extra workouts!!!! 2. If i put it in my mouth, then it needs to be journaled.. 3. Try my best to quit cheating..im only cheating myself 4. Watch the labels better, stay away from salt, and white calories 5. When nothing is on tv thats entertaining, do floor exercises to keep from gettin bored and lookin for a snack 6. Think and stay positive about all of this...i will do this, i have 8 months of success to prove that its all possible..
ADDON: didnt get my walk in..was sleetin when i went out to walk..so went to gym instead..did 30 on elliptical, 30 on bike, 20 on treadmill just to get some calories burned off..gonna do ab crunches later this morning, then this afteroon get my afternoon walk and more ab crunches..gotta keep burning the calories...
ADDON: been watchin the scales really close, but scale gods havnt been on my side..but even though the scales isnt moving, the inches are..not only are the 46s easier to get on, but i can sit comfy in them..so now i have ..have to get out an look for a pair of 44s..lol..no more excuses..gotta gotta start lookin for a pair at the local clothes closet..mabye i can trade in obsolete bigger pairs for smaller ones that i can fit into yet...
Steps so far today...9512..im hopin to get a few more before i call it a day...
