It's been a while since I've written. We were in LA this past weekend to meet our new little niece. She was born January 9th. All the siblings went out to visit so it was a lot of fun but crazy! My brother in law is such a good cook and I ate everything he made.
On another note: we had our first check in (2/11) at school for the Biggest Loser and I am in first place so far with a loss of 15 lbs since we started. Woo-Hoo!! That is motivation!! I am back on phase 1 and will work hard to see how much I can loose between now and the next check in (3/11). People are starting to notice too. Even my in laws out in LA asked if I've been loosing weight! That is always great to hear!!! YEAH! :)

GO!!!!!!! SHAWNA.........I can't wait to see you......I've been changing all my habits as well. Keep up the good work. When we have breakfast here at school.......I just get the fruit or boiled eggs. Its so hard to pass up eggs, bacon, etc. I just think of the person having a dirty home and don't eat their food. It sounds mean, but it works.
